　Komono Town bears the costs for water pipes from public roads to water meters. However, the construction costs from the meter box to individual’s house are taken on by the customer. Please request water supply repair directly from the water supply contractor.

　◆ Process to start:
　You will need to go to the Water Supply Division of the Town Hall. Please bring your seal and a 1000 yen handling charge (if the caliber of the meter is 13 or 20 ㎜). Also if you want to set up a direct debit payment system, bring the relevant bank information.

　◆ Process to cancel:
You will need to go to the Water Supply Division of the Town Hall. Bring your seal. Please keep in mind that if you do not cancel your water supply, you will still be charged for the basic user service, even if you do not use the water supply.

　When using the water supply or when there is a leak, the silver pilot on the water m

eter rotates. If all facets are turned off within the house and the pilot continues to rotate, then there is a possibility of a leak. The cost of this water and the repair is born by the customer, so if you think there is a leak, please contact the supply contractor

　Water Rates are calculated on a two month basis. For direct debit, payment is collected on the 26th of every second month (except in April and December, if the banks are closed, in which case it will be debited the next working day). For those who wish to pay at the Town Hall or bank, the statement is sent out around the 20th, so please be make the necessary payment as soon as possible.
