◆ Provision of daily life tools
　For physically and mentally disabled people, depending on the level of disability, daily life tools can be provided. As a general rule, 10% of the cost is paid for by yourself (depending on earning this may increase).
　Before ordering, please go to the Town Hall for more information. For those under 18, proceed to the Family Division, for those over 18 please go to the Health and Welfare Division.
◆ Fittings Provisions
　This is for those people with the Disabled Notebook (for children their guardians). The town usually bears the cost of 90% of the fittings needed (depending on income).
　Before ordering, please go to the Town Hall for more information. For those under 18, proceed to the Family Division, for those over 18 please go to the Health and Welfare Division.

◆ Disabled Notebook
　Depending on the disability, various　services are available. The grades on the　notebook vary from level one to level six.
◆ Rehabilitation Notebook
　There are various services available for rehabilitation of mentally handicapped children.
　The Notebook is divided into A1, A2, B1 and B2.
◆ Mentally Handicapped Notebook
　Depending on the Mental Handicap, various services are available.
　The notebooks are available from level one to three and last for two years. You can request a new notebook 3 months from the expiration date.

　Within Komono Town there are various welfare distributions available, please go to the Town Hall for more information.
　There are various services available, but typically you are requested to go to:

● Disabled Person’s Allowan

◆ Special Disability Allowance
　Four times a year, we provide an allowance for those over 20 years old and who are heavily disabled and live at home.
　The amount depends on the level of disability, and the family’s income etc.
◆ Komono Town Disability Allowance
　Every year on the 1st December, for those with the Disabled Notebook level one to three and the Rehabilitation Notebook A or B1, provisions are available.
