● Nurture Medical Care

Independent Medical Care Support

　For those who regularly have to commute to hospital for medical care, provision is available (not for hospitalisation).
　If it is deemed necessary for you to regularly visit hospitals, this provision can be given to both those with the Disabled Notebook and those who do not possess a Notebook.

　There is provision available for over 18 year olds who have the disabled persons Notebook who require rehabilitation for relieving their disability and improving their daily life (also aimed at those people who are hospitalised).
　The amount of provision is decided after consultation with the Mie Prefectural Disabled Rehabilitation Center.

● Disabled Person’s Allowan

◆ Special Disability Allowance
　Four times a year, we provide an allowance for those over 20 years old and who are heavily disabled and live at home.
　The amount depends on the level of disability, and the family’s income etc.
◆ Komono Town Disability Allowance
　Every year on the 1st December, for those with the Disabled Notebook level one to three and the Rehabilitation Notebook A or B1, provisions are available.
