　This is extended until the end of the fiscal year for those entering school

① Those with Disability Notebooks Levels one to four, and Rehabilitation Notebooks A1, A2 and B1 and those with an intelligence quotient of less than 50.
② For those with the Mentally Handicapped Notebook Level 1 (outpatients only) (medical examinations from 1st September 2008)
