● Expectant and Nursing Mothers

　Instead of individual consultations with midwives, this is an opportunity to make new friends in similar situations. For specific dates etc, please refer to the Mother and Child Health Calendar or the local Newsletter.

● Pregnancy Home Visit

　During the gestation period, individual support can be given to reduce anxiety and troubles and information on health maintenance. Telephone consultations are also available, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

● Issuing Maternity Record Book

　This is handed out at the Family Division at the Town Hall. We request your cooperation in filling out a quick pregnancy survey at this time. A Father and Child Record Book will also be distributed.

● Maternity Club (Mother and Child Classes)

　Informative classes for pregnant mothers to learn about staying healthy, giving birth and a chance to make friends. Family members are also welcome. For specific dates etc, please refer to the Mother and Child Health Calendar or the local Newsletter.

● Infertility Treatment Services

● Pregnant Women’s Check-up

　Aimed at helping those who have undergone Infertility Treatment (IVF of Microscopic Fertilisation).
　There is a limit on the amount available, so please enquire for further information. Also, please ask about availability of Mie Prefecture’s Financial Aid in respect to Infertility Treatment at the Family Division.

　This is a general health check-up for pregnant women. The ticket for this will be issued in the Maternity Record Book, so please undergo this check-up within Mie Prefecture.
　For those who received their Maternity Record Book in another Prefecture, please inform a member of the Town Hall staff, so that we can issue you with another ticket. For those carrying twins or triplets, more tickets are available.
