● Moving within the Town
When changing address but staying within Komono Town, it is necessary
to inform the Resident’s Division, as the registration for the Insurance
Card etc may need to be amended.
● Head of Household Address Change
● Leaving the Town
When leaving Komono Town, it is not necessary to notify the Resident’s
Division.
However, repayments and returning of the Insurance Card are required.
Please enquire for further information.
● Moving to a new address
If the Head of Household changes or moves to another address etc, notification
of this is required. The person notifying the Resident’s Division of this
should be from the same household.
Change of Address
When moving to Komono Town, bring your notification of address change
to the Town Hall. Here your Alien Registration Card will be amended.
Furthermore, if the said person is sick or is under the age of 16, a family
member canact on their behalf.

● Separation of the Head of Household,
Amalgamation of Households,
If you change your address, you must come to the Resident’s Division with
your Alien Registration Card as soon as possible, to avoid administration
problems.
In the case of separation of the Head of Household, or amalgamation of
households, or someone leaves the household, notification of whether a
new head of household is made or new members have entered another household
is required. When notifying the Resident’s Division of this, please notify
of your relationship to the Head of Household.
