
◆ Requesting at Counter:
Certificates are published in the following way at the Komono Town Hall:
Identity will be checked, bring your Alien Registration Card/ Valid Driving
Licence etc.
Opening Hours: 8:30~17:15 (Mon-Fri)
◆ Application for Mail
After completing the necessary application forms, pay the required handling
charge (by registered mail or postal order), affix stamp to self-addressed
envelope including identification (e.g.: copy of driver’s licence etc)
and apply at the post office.
Requirements: applicant’s name, address and daytime phone number. If it
is a matter related to the family register, then the permanent residence
and the Head of Household’s name and seal of applicant is required.
Documents will be sent to the applicant’s residence.
◆ Using the Self-Service Issuing Machine
You can acquire you seal registration certificate and certification of
information recorder on foreign resident registration file by using the
Automatic Issuing Machine This costs 200 yen.
Also, when using the Self-Service Issuing Machine, you will need your
Town Card’s PIN. To get this, the applicant should come to the Town Hall.
If you present photo identity, this can be done on the same day.
If you do not have identification papers, please enquire at the Town Hall.
