◆ Method of Registering your Seal
This can be done at the Resident’s Division Counter. This process can be undertaken by Komono Town residents who are over 15 and those who have been appointed adults.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will be given your “Komono Town Card”.
The person will need to bring their seal and official certification with a photo (for example a Driver’s Licence) to the Town Hall.
If the said person cannot come directly to the Town Hall or official documentation with a photo is not available, please contact the Resident’s Division.

 ◆ Collecting your Seal Certification
When picking up your Seal Certification, bring you Komono Card or Seal Registration Documents (red notebook) to the Town Hall.

◆ Loss of Town Card or Seal
Registration Documents Report a lost Town Card immediately in order to prevent fraudulent usage. To re-issue a Town Card you will need to re-register your seal. You will need to bring your seal, identification papers and 300 yen handling charge to the Town Hall.

 ◆ Changing your seal
You will need to bring your previous seal as well as your Town Card to the Resident’s division.
