◆ Registration Methodsl
　When using the Self-Service Issuing Machine, the password you provided when registering your Town Card is required. To register for a password, please use the Resident’s Division counter Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 17.15pm.
　Never tell anyone your password. When registering your password you will need photo identification. Please register you alias name, if you have not already done this. Once the said person has been confirmed, the Self-Service Issuing Machine can be used immediately.
　Also, the Komono Town Card and the Seal　Registration Certificate are vital, so　please have them available.ision.

　◆ Please keep in mind:
　We will document the deadline for your　stay in Japan; however, your previous　address will not be recorded. If you need　a certificate with your current address　recorded on it, theｎ please ask at the　counter.

Self-Service　Issuing Machine

　You can pick up your Certificate of Residence (for foreign residents your “Kisaijikou Certificate”) and your Seal Registration Certificate from the Self-Service Issuing Machine.
　If you use the counter, this service costs 300 yen, but if you use the Self-Service Issuing Machine the handling fee is reduced to 200 yen.
